An interesting article on doing triathlons... Note that we ain't talking Ironman here -- just tri-sports.
I thought this part was the most interesting (and surprising):

re: wrapped in tinfoil. Beats me... I can only assume she was happy he was still alive. Or she had an aversion to that metallic taste sandwiches get sometimes from tinfoil if you have a lot of fillings.
